HDB tips for fluted feature walls

- Never fix panels to household shelter walls. HDB does not allow the shelter's walls, floor or ceiling to be hacked or drilled.
- Plan the TV bracket first. If the TV will hang on the feature wall, make sure there is solid backing behind the panels for the bracket, and plan cable routes before the panels go up.
- New power points for cove lighting or the TV need a licensed electrical worker.
