Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Last updated 12 October 2026.
Why book with Homey
- Quote first. Send photos on WhatsApp and get the price before anyone comes down.
- Our own team. Installers from our Mandai workshop, not a marketplace.
- Islandwide. HDB, condo, landed homes and offices.
- Warranty. Workmanship covered after the job.
What we collect
- Details you give us in a quote form, tool or WhatsApp message: your name, phone number, email address, area or estate, and details or photos of the job.
- Your answers and results when you use a calculator or checker on this site.
- Basic website analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location) through Google Analytics.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, quote, schedule and carry out the job.
- To follow up on a calculator or checker result you asked for, for example with a quote.
- If you agreed, to send occasional home tips and offers. You can stop these at any time.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal data.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Tool sign-ups are stored by Homey Furnishing in a Google Sheet, and enquiries in our email and WhatsApp. Only Homey Furnishing staff handling your enquiry can see them. We keep your details for as long as needed to serve you and for our records, and delete them on request where we are not required to keep them.
Withdrawing consent, access and correction
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, at any time. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or contact us at yexinkang1234@gmail.com or WhatsApp +65 8561 0630. We will act on your request within 30 days.
