- Broken or rusty hinges. Hinges that have snapped, rusted or torn out of the panel are replaced, and stripped screw holes are filled and re-drilled.
- Soft-close upgrades. Standard hinges swapped for soft-close hinges, or soft-close dampers added, so doors stop slamming.

A swollen or soft base under the kitchen sink usually means a slow leak from the sink waste pipe, the tap connections or the dishwasher hose. Fix the leak first, or the new panel will swell again. Our handyman team can repair a leaking sink waste pipe. Water service pipe work, such as replacing water supply pipes, is done by a PUB Licensed Plumber. Once the area is dry, the damaged base panel can be replaced and sealed.
