Hacking Cost Calculator
See what hacking walls, floor tiles, a toilet or a kitchen should cost in Singapore in 2026, and which HDB rules apply before you start.
How the estimate works
Ranges are typical 2026 Singapore prices for hacking and making good the edges, plus debris clearing and disposal. New tiling, waterproofing and carpentry are quoted separately. Wall hacking in an HDB flat needs HDB's written approval, household shelter walls can never be hacked, and new flats cannot remove toilet finishes for 3 years. Read the HDB wall hacking rules, check a wall with Can I hack this wall?, or see hacking and demolition.
