Ceiling or Wall Mounting
- Ceiling-mounted tracks run the curtain from the ceiling to the floor. They make the window look taller and block more light at the top. This is the common choice in HDB flats and condos.
- Wall-mounted tracks and rods suit windows with a beam or a pelmet above, or where the ceiling is too far away.
- False ceilings. Board ceilings cannot hold a curtain track on their own. The track needs a timber backing or a fixing into the slab above. Tell us if your ceiling is a false ceiling.
