- BTO move-in packages are $688 for 2-Room, $888 for 3-Room, $1,048 for 4-Room and $1,288 for 5-Room.
- Each includes night curtains or blinds, a manual drying rack, drill-and-hang points and furniture assembly.
- Handover packages are $298 for a studio or 1-bedroom, $488 for 2 to 3-bedroom condos or 3 to 4-Room HDB, and $688 for 4 to 5-Room HDB.
- Prices are nett, covering labour, standard materials and transport; we measure first, then confirm the install date.
BTO and Condo Move-In Package
Everything a new flat needs in the first week, in one visit: curtains or blinds made to measure, a manual drying rack, shelves, mirrors and frames put up, and flat-pack furniture assembled. Rental and Resale Handover Package
Moving out of a rental or handing over a resale flat? We patch the screw holes, touch up marked walls, take down hooks and brackets, adjust sagging hinges, clear slow drains and rehang curtains, then give you before and after photos and a dated, itemised invoice to show your landlord or buyer.

Every handover package also covers door hinge adjustments, toilet or sink choke clearing and rehanging existing curtains.

Package Conditions
- Nett prices. Prices include labour, standard materials and transport. Premium fabrics, motorised tracks and extra items are quoted separately.
- Drying racks. Packages include manual drying racks only. Racks that need a power connection are not included.
- Not included. Electrical wiring, aircon, door locks and plumbing work that needs a licensed plumber.
- Ceilings. Standard prices assume a concrete ceiling under 2.8m. False ceilings and higher ceilings may cost more.
- Paint matching. Touch-ups use the closest available shade. An exact match on older or faded walls cannot be guaranteed, so a full wall repaint may be recommended.
- Booking. Measurement first, then the install date is confirmed with the quote.

Do you repaint the whole flat for handover?
The package covers touch-ups. If a wall needs a full repaint for an even finish, it is an add-on priced per wall.
